This highly compact and easy to use Insulation and Continuity Tester. The instrument offers three insulation test ranges: 250V, 500V and 1000V, a 3Ω continuity range and a 500Ω resistance range. This meter is not only equipped with a “Live Circuit Warning” but also displays the actual AC voltage measurements of the mains supply. Specifications

3 seems to work ok.

1 instruction book poor and tells you nothing on how to use the meter you need to mess around with it to make it work. 2 had rusted battery terminal that i had to sand paper it so it would work. 3 case is solid and leads are good 4 display is easy to see and read 5 led back lighting a bit nasty but does work OK 6 for the cost it should be OK for general insulation testing of motors and heating elements and the like.(not house wiring) 7 for the money it is good value.........as stated in Q6.
